1 | Red Bell Pepper, cut into short, thin strips |
2 cups | Snow Peas, diagonally halved |
3 cloves | Garlic, minced |
3 cups | Cooked Crown or White Rice, chilled |
1 (6.4 oz.) package | Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Ham Slices, cut into 1/2 inch pieces |
1/4 cup | Wheat Free Organic Tamari Sauce |
2 tablespoons | Seasoned Rice Vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon | Crushed Red Pepper Flakes |
Optional garnishes: chopped cilantro or green onions, chopped peanuts or cashews |

Directions
Heat oil in a 12″ nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and snow peas; stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute or until vegetables are tender.
Add rice and ham; stir-fry until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Combine tamari, vinegar and pepper flakes. Add mixture to skillet; stir-fry 2 minutes or until heated through. Garnish as desired.
