Ingredients

vegetable oil

Savoy cabbage, shredded

1/2 cup

onion, minced

1 clove

garlic, minced

1 1/2 cups

Jones Dairy Farm Uncured No Sugar Ham, diced

1 teaspoon

sesame oil

1 teaspoon

soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon

black pepper

spring roll wrappers

20 oz.

vegetable oil, for frying

1 1/2 cup

Thai chili sauce

Directions

  1. Sweat cabbage, onion, garlic, and ham in vegetable oil until cabbage is tender.

  2. Mix with sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper. Let cool.

  3. Place approximately 1/4 cup of mixture in each spring roll wrapper and roll.

  4. Fry in vegetable oil at 350°F until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Serve with Thai chili sauce.
