Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Meatballs

1/2 cup

Hoisin sauce

1/2

cucumber, peeled and julienned

1/2 cup

green onion, julienned

Directions

  1. Place bao buns in a steaming unit and steam for 1 minute. Hold warm.

  2. Put the meatballs on a half sheet pan and place them in a 400°F oven for approximately 7-9 minutes until crispy.

  3. Place three meatballs in each bao bun and top with 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce.

  4. Garnish each with cucumber and green onion.
