24 ounces | Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
1 cup | salsa or picante sauce |
12 | 6″-8″ flour tortillas, warmed |
3 cups | cheddar cheese, shredded |
6 tablespoons | cilantro, chopped (optional) |

Melt butter in large sauté pan on medium heat.

Combine eggs, sausage, and salsa until well blended. Pour mixture into sauté pan. Scramble to desired consistency.

For each tortilla, place approximately 2/3 cup egg mixture on to 1 warm tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro. Roll up burrito style.
