Ingredients

Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon

2 cups

vanilla ice cream

1 cup

whole milk (or milk of choice)

1

vanilla pod

whipped cream, for topping (optional)

chocolate or caramel syrup, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Let cool, then crumble or chop into small pieces. Set aside to cool.

  2. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla pod seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Reserve a tablespoon of bacon bits for garnish. Add the remaining bacon bits to the blender and pulse briefly, just enough to mix them evenly without pulverizing.

  4. Pour the milkshake into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream if desired, drizzle with chocolate or caramel syrup, and sprinkle the reserved bacon bits over the top.

  5. Notes: You can switch the vanilla beans for vanilla extract if you prefer. You can even also add a dash of bourbon for an alcohol version. Serve with a bubble tea wide straw so you can enjoy slurping up the bacon bits!
