What Sets Us Apart The Jones Difference
Building Up the Culinary COmmunity
Jones Dairy Farm is proud to be in a position to help the culinary community, encouraging exploration and pursuit of careers in the industry.
From awarding scholarships so the next generation of chefs can get their start to sponsoring Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs Competitions where young chefs can demonstrate their skills to supporting established professionals through the American Culinary Federation, we’re truly committed to the craft.
Every year, we demonstrate our commitment to the food industry by providing scholarships to Culinary Institute of America (CIA) students through the Jones Dairy Farm Endowed Scholarship.
As one of the world’s premier culinary colleges, the CIA is responsible for training and educating some of the industry’s most influential food professionals, including Grant Achatz, Anthony Bourdain, Sara Moulton and Charlie Palmer, just to name a few.
Our support has had such a profound impact on the school that they named a high-volume-production teaching kitchen at the Hyde Park campus the Jones Dairy Farm Line & Kitchen.
We are also involved with culinary programs at Madison Area Technical College (MATC), Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), and the Pennsylvania College of Technology. We’re the proud sponsor of the Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Lab at MATC and of Wisconsin’s first and only culinary theatre, the Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theatre at FVTC.
Thanks to the generosity of Jones Dairy Farm, we have been able to sustain and grow our mission to provide a world-class education for the next generation of leaders and innovators.
