Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) package

Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll

6-8 ounces

IPA beer of your choice

8 ounces

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

8 ounces

Cream cheese

2 teaspoons

Colemans dried mustard powder

1 teaspoon

Garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon

Ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Put cheeses, beer, mustard, garlic powder and nutmeg in a small crockpot on high setting.

  2. Brown Jones Sausage in a skillet. When sausage is thoroughly cooked, drain and add to the crockpot.

  3. Have on high setting for the first 20 minutes, stir and reduce setting to low. Stir about every 15 minutes until dip is fully melted, about 50 minutes

  4. Serve warm with french bread slices, soft pretzels or pretzel chips.
