Puff pastry, cut into 20 squares

Jones Dairy Farm Golden Brown Turkey Links

1/2 cup

Whole grain mustard

2 cups

Shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese

Egg

1 tablespoon

Water

Dipping Sauce:

1/3 cup

Pure maple syrup

1/3 cup

Whole grain mustard

1/4 cup

Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon

Red chili flake

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Add sausage link to each puff pastry square. Top with mustard and a sprinkle of cheese. Roll up and seal.

  3. Whisk egg and water in a small bowl. Brush egg wash over each dough square. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Mix dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Serve alongside warm sausages in a blanket.
