Ingredients

Jones Pork Sausage Roll, thawed

Garlic cloves, minced

4

green onions, sliced

12oz

broccoli slaw or coleslaw mix

1/4 cup

soy sauce

1 TBSP

sesame oil

1 TSP

ground ginger

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add thawed roll sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain fat.

  2. Add garlic and green onions and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until green onion is softened.

  3. Add slaw, soy sauce, sesame oil and ground ginger. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until veggies are softened.

  4. Divide into bowls and serve. Garnish with additional green onions.
