2nd shift Shipping Room Helper/Truck Driver
Manufacturer of Premium Meat Products in Fort Atkinson
Jones Dairy Farm, a family owned and operated business for 135 years, is searching for a 2nd Shift Shipping Room Helper/Truck Driver. This is an excellent opportunity for a CDL licensed driver to work locally and have no over the road requirements.
Position Summary:
Responsible for moving and spotting trailers between Jones Dairy Farm facilities while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Moving and spotting trailers
- Off load and load trailers using a forklift
- Maintain cleanliness of tractor
- Completion of routine paperwork
- Follow all safety policies and obey all traffic laws
- Adhere to all food safety requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain a Class A CDL
- Ability to operate a forklift and a power dolly
- Ability to work 2nd shift as well as daily and weekend overtime as needed
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to lift, twist, bend, carry and tolerate repetitive motion
- Ability to work in cold damp environment and outside year round
- Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner
