Jones Dairy Farm, a family owned and operated business for 135 years, is searching for a Brand Ambassador. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who excels in communication and seeks to contribute to a dynamic, growing company.

Position Summary:

Responsible for strengthening business relationships with customers, local businesses and organizations through brand recognition at Wisconsin based events. Implement assigned strategies to represent the brand and drive sales. Administer coupon distribution and track and report activity.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally interact and sell Jones Dairy Farm with consumers at Wisconsin based events.
• Must properly set up and tear down the Jones Dairy Farm event space at event locations to potentially include tents, grill, product displays, coolers.
• Cooking Jones Dairy Farm products to proper food safety and quality measures.
• Responsible for maintaining Jones Dairy Farm distinctive quality standards and proper food presentation.
• Responsible for re-stocking, buying, and organizing all needed supplies for events.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of all Jones Dairy Farm vehicles and event trailer to include all equipment and supplies.
• Responsible for laundering, cleaning and maintaining organization in the event hub and event trailer garage.
• Always maintain safety standards to include reporting of any malfunctioning equipment timely.
• Must obtain a Serve Safe Food Handler license and follow all standards and rules.
• Travel to Wisconsin locations and events as required.
• Responsible to be punctual and effectively execute the schedule.
• Accept special projects and complete them promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must enjoy interacting with consumers and effectively represent the Jones Dairy Farm brand.
• Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual with strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and appropriate driving record.
• Must be able to communicate professionally using a mobile device.
• Strong computer skills with high proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience or Training – Sales and Marketing interest.

Physical Requirements:

Visual and manual dexterity to operate company vehicles including the event trailer Requires continuous walking, bending, stooping, reach above shoulders, standing, sitting, talking, hearing, finger manipulation with exposure to cold, hot, damp and noisy environment. Ability to occasionally lift over 50 lbs. required.
