Preparation Instructions
Place layer of paper towels in a shallow microwavable dish. Lay hickory smoked bacon ​slices on towels and cover with another layer of towels to prevent spattering. Set microwave on Medium (NOT HIGH) to achieve best results. Microwaves vary. Adjust for your microwave and cooking preference.

Fry smoked bacon over medium heat (375°F), turning frequently for 3 to 6 minutes.
Place hickory smoked bacon slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°F. Drain on absorbent paper.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place slices in air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through the cook cycle.
Storage
Keep hickory smoked bacon refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
