Air Fryer Loaded Hashbrowns

Perfect for a quick breakfast or hearty snack, these customizable hashbrowns are cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer. Each variation features a different Jones meat: chicken sausage patties, Dry Aged bacon, or Canadian bacon.

Buffalo Chicken:

Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown Chicken Sausage Patties

carrot, julienned

celery stalk, julienned

1/4 cup

cup buffalo sauce

Blue cheese crumbles

Bacon Ranch:

3 slices

Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon

1/4 cup

shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup

ranch sauce

jalapeño, diced

Canadian Bacon:

2 slices

Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, diced

1/4 cup

guacamole

1/4 cup

pico de gallo

Directions

  1. Cook chicken sausage or bacon in air fryer according to package instructions. Set aside.

  2. Heat air fryer to 400°F. Add hashbrowns and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  3. For Buffalo Chicken Version:
    Top each hashbrown with a chicken sausage patty, carrots and celery. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and garnish with blue cheese crumbles.

  4. For Bacon Ranch Version:
    Divide cheddar cheese between each hashbrown. Return to air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes.

    Dice cooled bacon. Top each hashbrown with ranch sauce, diced bacon and jalapeño.

  5. For Canadian Bacon Version:
    Top each hashbrown with guacamole, diced Canadian Bacon and pico de gallo.
