Ingredients

Soft white bread

Egg

1/3 cup

Pizza sauce

1/3 cup

Shredded mozzarella

3 slices

Jones Canadian Bacon, diced

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from each slice of bread. Use your thumb to create an indent in the center, leaving a slight border around the edges. Whisk egg with 1 teaspoon water. Gently brush egg wash around edges of bread.

  2. Place 1/2 tablespoon pizza sauce in the center of each slice. Top with 1 tablespoon mozzarella and 1 teaspoon Canadian Bacon.

  3. Fold in half and press to seal edges. Use a fork to crimp edges. Brush tops of each pizza pocket with egg wash.

  4. Cook in an air fryer at 350°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. (Alternatively, bake in a 400°F convection oven for 10-12 minutes.) Serve alongside additional pizza sauce for dipping.
