1 (12 oz.) package | Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, strips cut in half, crosswise |
1 lb | Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes (about 1”, or 16 cubes) |
1/4 tsp | Onion Powder |
1/4 tsp | Garlic Powder |
1/4 tsp | Paprika |
3/4 cup | BBQ Sauce |
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste |

Preheat your oven to 400° F.

Cut bacon strips into thirds. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper, top with oven safe rack or parchment. Place bacon strips on prepared sheet. Bake about 5 minutes until halfway done, not crisp.

Place cubed chicken in small bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Top with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Toss to coat.

Wrap partially cooked bacon piece around each chicken cube, secure with toothpick. Place back on baking sheet/rack.

Bake for 10 minutes, brush chicken with remaining BBQ sauce. Continue to bake until chicken is no longer pink and bacon is crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Enjoy!
