Buffalo sauce

Thinly sliced celery, including leaves

1/4 cup

Thinly sliced radish

Sub rolls, cut in half

Ranch dressing

1/2 cup

Blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

  1. Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add buffalo sauce, butter and garlic; simmer until slightly thickened and combined. Stir in the chicken meatballs and heat through.

  2. Mix cabbage, celery, radish and onion in a large bowl. Season with salt.

  3. Add meatballs to your buns and top with additional buffalo sauce. Drizzle ranch over each, and top with an equal amount of blue cheese and celery slaw. Enjoy!
