EXCELLENT FOR COMPANY!

I made the full recipe for four of us. We ate half of it and will heat the rest for breakfast today. My company loved it! I cooked it for almost an hour at 350. Not sure if the altitude, the very thick baking dish or the hash browns weren’t completely thawed had anything to do with it. Also I cooked the meat and put together the egg mixture the night before, took the hash browns out of the freezer about half an hour before assembling in the morning. so everything was very cold when I put it together. I will try the method mentioned before, to cook covered and then under the broiler, and make sure the hash browns are completely thawed next time I make it. The comments from my company was it had very good flavor were looking forward to breakfast the next day!

Truly delicious

I made this recipe for a brunch of about 15 people - I made one and a half of the recipe, with 2 additional eggs. That amount was able to serve everyone with a large serving. People loved it. Guests were scraping the bottom of the casserole dish to get the last of it. I baked it covered with foil and finished it under the broiler. I will make this recipe again.
