4 slices | Fresh Pineapple, sliced about 1/2 inch thick |
1/2 | Medium Red Onion, sliced |

8 slices | Bread |
1/2 cup | Barbecue Sauce |
4 ounces | Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced |

Directions
Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Grill pineapple and onions until charred and soft. Remove from heat.
Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Butter outsides of bread slices. Spread about 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce on inside of each slice of bread. On 4 bread slices, layer 1 ounce of cheese, 1 slice of pineapple, 1/4 of onions and 1/4 of ham. Top with remaining bread slices, barbecue sauce side down.
Grill sandwiches in skillet until outsides are golden brown and cheese has melted.
