Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) package

Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, diced

3/4 cup

Sour Cream

1/3 cup

Mayonnaise

1/4 cup

Buffalo Sauce

1/4 cup

Prepared Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1/2 cup

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/4 cup

Blue Cheese Crumbles

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.Spray a small serving dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Cook the bacon in medium skillet until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon to paper towel lined plate to cool.

  3. In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Reserve a few pieces of bacon for garnishing and stir rest of the bacon into mixture. Stir in the monterey jack and mozzarella. Reserve a few blue cheese crumbles for garnish and stir remaining into mixture. Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Bake until warm in middle and bubbly around edges.

  4. Serve warm.
