1/3 cup | shredded or grated Parmesan cheese |
6 oz. | Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon, cut into quarters |
1 tablespoon | butter |
1/2 cup | panko breadcrumbs |

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until thoroughly mixed.

In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese mixture with the shredded chicken, Gruyere, and Parmesan.

Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×9-inch pan.

Layer half of the Canadian bacon over the chicken mixture, then repeat with the remaining chicken mixture and Canadian bacon.

In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the panko breadcrumbs and toss to coat. Cook until golden brown, then sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
