Whisk flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, melted butter, salt and vanilla in a large bowl. Fold in blueberries.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter to pan.

Add 1/4 cup batter to the skillet and cook 2-3 minutes per side, flipping as needed to finish the pancakes.
