It doesn’t get easier—or more delicious—than these breakfast flatbreads. Goat cheese, basil, eggs and Jones bacon and ham top a flaky crescent roll crust.

Ingredients

1 package | Crescent Rolls |
4 teaspoons | Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked crispy and diced |
4 teaspoons | Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, diced small |
4 tablespoons | Crumbled Goat Cheese |
1 | Small Handful Basil Leaves |
4 | Large Eggs |

Preheat oven to 400˚F and line baking sheet with a liner or parchment paper.

Open crescent rolls; separate, keeping 2 together to form a rectangle. Seal by pinching seam together. Roll up sides to create a square. Place prepared squares onto baking sheet.

To each square add 1 teaspoon bacon, 1 teaspoon ham, 1 tablespoon goat cheese and a few fresh basil leaves. Crack one egg into each square.

Bake for 12 minutes or until eggs are set and crescent is lightly browned.
