8 slices | Pepperjack cheese |
8 pieces | Thinly sliced turkey deli meat |
1 sliced | Tomato |
4 leaves | Green lettuce |

1/2 Cup | Mayo for the sauce |
1 1/2 Tablespoons | Sriracha for the sauce |
1 teaspoon | Worcestershire for the sauce |
1 teaspoon | Honey for the sauce |

Directions
Cook bacon according to package instructions.
While the bacon cooks, whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Lay out slices of bread. Divide sauce and cheese evenly between slices. Top 4 slices of bread with bacon, turkey and tomato. Place the other 4 slices on top, sauce side down. Butter the outsides of the bread and grill on the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and add lettuce.
