Portabella Mushroom Caps, rinsed and drained

1 tablespoon

Olive Oil

6 slices

Jones Dairy Farm Ham Slices, cut julienne-style or finely diced

6 tablespoons

Shredded Muenster Cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.

  2. Brush mushroom caps with olive oil.

  3. Top each cap with a mound of ham and shredded cheese.

  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Place on grill, cover, and grill 3 to 4 minutes.
