Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Prepare sausage according to package directions; drain and crumble.
In a large bowl, mix together prepared sausage and cheese.
Brush mushrooms caps (top and bottom) lightly with olive oil. Heap sausage mixture into mushroom caps.
Place on grill, cover, and grill 5 to 6 minutes.
