1 | Medium Onion, sliced |
1 cup | Green Pepper, chopped |
12 | Eggs |
1/3 cup | Milk |
1/4 cup | Unsalted Butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | Black Pepper |
9 ounces | Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
4 ounces | Swiss Cheese, shredded |

Directions
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Generously grease 11×7-inch baking dish.
In medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until just soft.
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper; beat well. Stir in cubed ham, 1/2 cup cheese, onion and peppers; mix until well combined. Pour mixture into greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are just set, stirring twice while baking. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
