Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F; spray a 9”x13” baking dish with cooking spray.
-
Remove Hawaiian rolls from package and set on a cutting board. Do not separate. Using a large, serrated knife, slice the rolls in half, separating the top from the bottom. Place the bottom half into your baking dish.
-
Place four slices of cheddar cheese on the bottom rolls, cutting the fifth slice in half to cover the remaining buns.
-
Top with 12 pieces of ham, then layer Swiss cheese on top of ham, in the same manner as the cheddar cheese.
-
Spread mayo onto the underside of the top-half of the rolls. Place it on the ham and cheese layer with the mayo side facing down.
-
In a small bowl, combine butter, Dijon mustard, honey, Worcestershire and garlic powder by whisking thoroughly. Brush mixture onto tops of buns until coated and glossy. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over the top of buns.
-
Sprinkle sliders with everything bagel seasoning.
-
Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, until tops of buns are golden brown.
-
Remove from oven and cut sliders apart to serve.
