1 (8 oz) package | Cream Cheese, softened |
1 teaspoon | Prepared Yellow Mustard |
1/2 | Small Red Onion, diced |
2 dashes | Worcestershire Sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | Red Pepper Flakes |
1 bunch | Green Onions, sliced |
8 | Flour Tortillas |
1 (6.4 oz.) package | |
Choice of | Sliced Avocado, Jicama, Red Pepper, and/or Spinach |

In a food processor, blend cream cheese, mustard, onions, Worcestershire sauce and pepper flakes until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in green onions, set aside.

Line a flour tortilla with 4 ham slices, spread with cream cheese mixture.

Add your choice of avocado, jicama, red pepper or spinach.

Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours. When ready to serve, slice into 1″ slices.
