2 cloves | Garlic, minced (or sub 1 tsp garlic oil) |
1 lb | Ground Beef |
1/4 cup | Almond Flour |
3 tbsp | Italian Seasoning |
1 tsp | Sea Salt |
1 tsp | Ground Pepper |
1 jar (25 oz.) | Sugar-Free Marinara Sauce |
Fresh Parsley, chopped (or basil) |

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

In large mixing bowl, combine meatball ingredients with your hands. Form into golf ball sized balls, place on lined baking sheet.

Transfer to oven. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked. When the meatballs have about 5 minutes left, heat up marinara sauce in large skillet on stove-top and chop parsley.

When meatballs are done, transfer to skillet with marinara and toss in the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with zoodles or veggies. Enjoy!
