Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and set aside.

Brown sausage in a saucepan over medium-low heat; crumble with a spoon until crispy and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove and drain well.

Mix cream cheese, tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, banana peppers and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Stir in drained sausage.

Place dip mixture in prepared pan. Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with crostini or crackers.
