One-Pan Sausage Green Beans and Potato Skillet

This one pan meal comes together in a flash thanks to Jones fully cooked chicken sausage. Serve it as an easy weeknight dinner or top with an egg for breakfast.

Parboil the potatoes in salted water for 6-8 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add green beans and season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute. Pour water over green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes or until beans are tender. Remove and set aside.

Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the same skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes; add thyme and cook for an additional minute. Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to same skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add garlic and chili and chili sauce; mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water to pan as needed to deglaze.

Return green beans and potatoes to skillet and reduce heat to low. Let everything cook together for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
