1/4 tsp. | pepper |

Directions
Combine dried bread cubes, cooked sausage, chicken broth, scallions, parsley, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Spoon into a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with cheese curds.
For Gravy:
Combine butter and flour in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring, for 1-2 minutes.Add broth, cider vinegar, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, until thickened.
Pour gravy over stuffing and serve.
