Lean Ground Chuck

3/4 cup

Soft Bread Crumbs or Uncooked Oats

1/2 cup

Finely Chopped Onion

1/4 teaspoon

Garlic Powder

1/4 teaspoon

Dry Mustard

1/4 teaspoon

Celery Salt

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon

Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup

Ketchup

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Form into a loaf.

  3. Bake for 1 hour.
