Directions
Make the sauce: Whisk ketchup, mayo, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Preheat a large griddle or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat.
While the griddle or pan heats, make the burgers. Slice the roll sausage into eight discs. Use your hands to flatten each disc as thin as possible. Season with salt. Place each patty on the preheated griddle. If using a large cast-iron skillet, you may need to work in batches. Spray the bottom of a 1 cup measuring cup with non-stick cooking spray. Use the measuring cup to flatten each patty.
While the patties cook, drizzle the top of each patty with mustard. When the patties are crispy on the edges and golden brown, flip and cook for one additional minute. Cover each patty with cheese and cook until the cheese has melted.
Stack two cheese-covered patties on top of each other to form four double cheeseburgers.
To assemble, spread sauce on the bottom of each bun. Top with lettuce, the double patty and three pickle slices. Cover with the top bun. Serve!
To level up this burger, top with some of our Jones Dry Aged Bacon. You won’t regret it!
