Homemade or store-bought pizza dough

BBQ Sauce

2 cups

Shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup

Jones Dairy Farm Canadian bacon, quartered or cubed

1/4 cup

Jarred roasted sliced jalapeños, drained

1/4 cup

Pineapple, cut into small cubes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to highest temperature, around 525°F to 550°F.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to our desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over the dough, covering the entire surface. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, Canadian bacon, roasted jalapeños, and pineapple cubes evenly over the cheese.

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

  5. Remove from oven and drizzle additional BBQ sauce on top of the baked pizza. Slice the pizza and enjoy!
