Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) package

Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger Liverwurst Chub

1 (8 oz.) container

Whole milk Ricotta con Latte cheese

1 teaspoon

Za’atar seasoning (or a mix of thyme, oregano, and parsley)

Fresh vegetables, such as celery, cucumbers, tiny tomatoes, carrots and/or bell pepper strips, for dipping

Directions

  1. Add Jones Dairy Farm Braunschweiger Liverwurst Chub and ricotta con latte to a bowl. Using a handheld mixer, blend on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Stir in za’atar seasoning.

  2. Spoon dip into a serving bowl. Place on a serving platter. Arrange vegetables and crackers around the dip. Sprinkle with more za’atar before serving.
